THE TRIP
Milan Easter Cup is Italy's largest international Easter youth football tournament, recognised by the Italian Football Federation, with boys' age groups at Under 8, Under 9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, Under 16 and Under 17, and girls' competitions at Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 and Under 19.
It opens on the Thursday night inside San Siro: every team's flag in the first red tier, live music, DJs and special guests. Then three days of football on artificial turf pitches across Milan, with every team playing at least four matches before the finals on Easter Sunday afternoon.
Groups stay four nights in 3★ and 4★ hotels a few minutes from the pitches, with a coach from the airport, to the opening ceremony and to every match. The San Siro museum tour and a day in the city are there as optional extras.
