Clubs from Ireland are a fixture at the English Easter Cup, and it is the one weekend Revel runs as a genuine door-to-door package: a coach from your region, the ferry crossing, three nights on the North Wales coast and the tournament entry, all on one per-person price. Nobody books a crossing, nobody drives, nobody is the bank.
The itinerary
- Friday. The coach picks the club up at the clubhouse and heads for the port. Dublin to Holyhead is the usual crossing and lands you about an hour from the coast; Rosslare to Fishguard is the alternative for clubs in the south. You are on the park for Friday evening.
- Saturday. Group games at the tournament.
- Sunday. Seeded day: Revel Cup, Revel Challenge Cup and Revel Shield, with medals on the Sunday afternoon.
- Monday. Coach back to the ferry and home.
For 2027 that is Friday 26 to Monday 29 March, with tournament days Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 March.
What is in the price
The coach from your region, the ferry, three nights' accommodation and tournament entry. The tournament inclusions are the same as for every club: qualified referees, a dedicated Revel tour manager, on-site first aid, and medals and trophies at the finals.
The package is quoted per person and needs a minimum of 40 people travelling, priced on six sharing a Comfort category unit. Smaller groups, different unit grades and different pick-up points all change the number, which is why Irish clubs are quoted by hand rather than through the instant quote. Tell us where you are, roughly how many are coming and which age groups, and we price it within one working day. The current from-price in euros is on the tournament page.
Where you stay
The same three options as every other club: Marine Holiday Park in Rhyl, Talacre Beach Resort on the dunes at Talacre, or YHA Liverpool Albert Dock for clubs who want the city. The coast parks are the usual choice for a coach party because the pool, arcade and beach are on site and nobody needs a car once you have arrived. The area guide goes through them one by one.
Adding a stadium day
With the coach already booked, a stadium visit on the Monday before the ferry is the common add-on: Old Trafford, the Etihad, Anfield or Everton's stadium, subject to availability and never on a home match day. Ask when you ask for the quote so the coach timings and the crossing are built around it.
Paperwork
- Travel insurance is a condition of booking for every traveller.
- Every family books and pays their own deposit through the Clubhouse share link; the balance is due ten weeks before travel.
- Financial protection under the UK Package Travel Regulations applies to the booking.
Price it for your club
