THE PARK
Archway is Manchester Metropolitan University's newest hall, opened in 2021, right in the heart of Manchester city centre in Hulme — just a few minutes' walk from Oxford Road. Guests stay in modern, self-catering flats, each with eight en-suite bedrooms sharing an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, with a comfortable small double bed, desk and plenty of storage in every room.
Beyond the flats, the building has a spacious reception staffed around the clock, a large common room and social space, an on-site fitness suite and card-operated laundry. High-speed WiFi and CCTV cover the whole building, and accessible rooms are available. Archway holds VisitEngland 4-star accommodation accreditation.
It's around an 8–10 minute walk to Manchester Oxford Road station and 15–20 minutes on foot to Manchester Piccadilly, putting the shops, restaurants and transport links of central Manchester within easy reach.

The bedrooms open onto a shared kitchen and open-plan lounge/dining area, so a team can cook, eat and relax together while everyone keeps their own room and bathroom overnight. High-speed WiFi and all utilities are included, and the building has a 24-hour reception, on-site gym and laundry — a practical, self-catered base in the heart of Manchester.
