The Premier League is on the doorstep: the tournament is about an hour from Manchester and Liverpool. The £399 per person is based on five nights, so the club can judge the cost. Stay four nights or seven — your dates follow the flights you can get, and we price them to match. Only the football weekend is fixed.

Land, straight to the coach
Your transfer coach is booked for your flight and waiting at the airport. The bags go under it and the squad goes straight to the hotel — nobody queues for taxis or works out a train.
FREE DAY
The city, at your pace
A free day with the squad already settled: the Chester walls and the Rows, or the Liverpool waterfront up the road. A stadium tour is an extra we quote on top if you want one.
FRIDAY 26
The day before the football
The last quiet day — a run-out somewhere flat, the rooming sorted, kit checked, and the group briefed on the Saturday. Registration is done before anyone kicks a ball.
SATURDAY 27
Football, day one
The shuttle takes you from the hotel to the pitches and back. Group games all day, every squad playing, parents on the touchline.
SUNDAY 28
Football, finals day
Knockouts seeded from Saturday's results, then medals and trophies on the Revel stage. Every squad plays on both days, and the shuttle runs again.
HOME DAY
Home
The coach back to the airport, and the flight home with the medals in the hand luggage. Most clubs fly home the day after the finals; stay on a night or two if the flights suit.

What the price is based on
The headline price is five nights, so a club can judge what the trip costs. Most clubs land two or three days before the football and fly home after the finals.

Stay on for another day or two in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester and we price the extra nights with the rest of the trip.

Flights are not included — clubs book their own, which keeps you in charge of the times and the fares. Send us your flight times and we book the transfers around them, so the coach is at the airport when you land and the hotel is ready.

A direct easyJet flight of about 3 hours 10 minutes, straight into Manchester, where your coach picks the squad up.
There is no direct flight from Gibraltar to Liverpool, so Gibraltar clubs fly into Manchester — and that is where your transfer coach picks the squad up.
Airline group desks can help once you are travelling in numbers: easyJet takes group bookings from 10 passengers, Ryanair from 15.

THE CHESHIRE EASTER CUP
TWO DAYS OF FOOTBALL
Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 March 2027, Easter weekend. Group games on the Saturday; Sunday is seeded from Saturday's results and finishes with medals and trophies at the finals. Every squad plays on both days, whatever the Saturday did to them.
Boys and girls, U7–U16, with girls' sections as well as boys'. Age groups are staggered across the two days, so a club bringing several squads is not trying to be in three places at once.
The shuttle runs you between the hotel and the pitches on both days, and there is no limit on the number of teams your club enters — the price is per person either way.

Every young footballer knows these grounds from the television. A tour of Old Trafford, the Etihad or Anfield is not part of the £399 package — it is an extra we price on request, with the coach taking the whole group there and back.
On the five-night trip there is a free day before the football that suits it perfectly. Tell us which ground and we will put a figure on it with your booking.

Gibraltarians do not need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation — no online form and no fee for the families.

Gibraltarians can travel to the UK on a Gibraltar identity card as well as a passport. Worth checking expiry dates over the winter.

- As many as your flights suit. The price you see is based on five nights, so the club can judge the cost — most clubs fly in two or three days before the football and home after the finals. Four nights or seven, we price the trip around the flights you can get. Only the football weekend is fixed.
- Which hotel will we be in?
- A 3-star hotel around Chester or Liverpool airport, the squad, the coaches and the families together, with the shuttle outside. Your hotel is named, or similar, and confirmed with your booking. - Can we do a stadium tour?
- Yes, as an optional extra priced on request — Old Trafford, the Etihad or Anfield, with the coach taking the whole group there and back. It is not part of the package price. - What documents does everyone need?

- Who supervises the children?
- Your club's own vetted adults, at the ratios your club's safeguarding policy sets, with a named head of delegation. No adult shares a room with a child, and we plan the rooming with you. Revel's staff are there to run the tournament and the trip — they do not replace your club's supervision.
- How does paying work?
- Every family books its own place through your club's link and pays a deposit, then the balance before travel. The organiser never collects the money. Clubs from Gibraltar pay the £399 per person in sterling.
