Land in Manchester and we take it from there: a Revel host in arrivals, a coach for the whole stay, a hotel with breakfast, two days of the Cheshire Easter Cup and a tour of Old Trafford.
AGES U7–U16 · GIRLS & BOYS
Priced for your club — one price per person, quoted in sterling. Flights not included: you book them, we meet you.
THE TRIP, DAY BY DAY
FOUR NIGHTS,
ONE EASTER TO REMEMBER
The Premier League is on the doorstep: the tournament is about an hour from Manchester and Liverpool. This is the four-night trip we suggest — and it can be three nights or five.
THURSDAY 25
Fly in, meet the coach
Your Revel host is waiting in arrivals. The bags go under the coach and the squad goes straight to the hotel — nobody queues for taxis or works out a train.
FRIDAY 26
Old Trafford
The coach takes the whole group to Old Trafford for the stadium tour — a squad walking round the ground they have watched on television all their lives, the day before their own tournament starts.
SATURDAY 27
Football, day one
Hotel breakfast, then the coach to the pitches. Group games all day, every squad playing, parents on the touchline.
SUNDAY 28
Football, finals day
Knockouts seeded from Saturday's results, then medals and trophies on the Revel stage. Every squad plays on both days.
MONDAY 29
Home
Breakfast, the coach back to the airport, and the flight home with the medals in the hand luggage.
3 NIGHTS
Friday 26 – Monday 29 March
In on the Friday, football all weekend, home on the Monday.
4 NIGHTS
Thursday 25 – Monday 29 March
The one we suggest: a free day before the football for Old Trafford, and no rush for the Monday flight.
5 NIGHTS
Wednesday 24 – Monday 29, or Thursday 25 – Tuesday 30 March
An extra day either side — more time for the city, or a later flight home.
FLIGHTS
YOU BOOK THE FLIGHT, WE MEET YOU IN ARRIVALS
Flights are not included — clubs book their own, which keeps you in charge of the times and the fares. Send us your flight times and we build the arrivals plan around them: the host in the arrivals hall, the coach at the door, the hotel ready.
EASYJET
Gibraltar → Manchester
A direct easyJet flight of about 3 hours 10 minutes, straight into Manchester, where we meet you.
There is no direct flight from Gibraltar to Liverpool, so Gibraltar clubs fly into Manchester — and that is where your coach and your Revel host are waiting.
Airline group desks can help once you are travelling in numbers: easyJet takes group bookings from 10 passengers, Ryanair from 15.

THE CHESHIRE EASTER CUP
TWO DAYS OF FOOTBALL
Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 March 2027, Easter weekend. Group games on the Saturday; Sunday is seeded from Saturday's results and finishes with medals and trophies at the finals. Every squad plays on both days, whatever the Saturday did to them.
Boys and girls, U7–U16, with girls' sections as well as boys'. Age groups are staggered across the two days, so a club bringing several squads is not trying to be in three places at once.
The coach runs you between the hotel and the pitches on both days.

2
DAYS OF FOOTBALL, EVERY SQUAD

INCLUDED · THE DAY OUT
A DAY AT OLD TRAFFORD
Every young footballer knows the ground from the television. A stadium tour at Old Trafford is in the price for every traveller, and the coach takes the whole group there and back.
On the four-night trip it is the Friday, the day before the football. On a shorter stay we fit it around your flights.
EXTRAS, QUOTED ON TOP
Add any of these and they are priced into your club's quote.
A match ticket
If there is a fixture that weekend and tickets are available. Late March is often an international break, so we check the calendar before we promise anything.
Chester Zoo
A full day out, a short coach ride from Chester.
Chester walk & river cruise
The old city walls, the Rows, and a cruise on the Dee.
Liverpool waterfront & The Beatles Story
The Royal Albert Dock and the story of the band, in one afternoon.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
THE GOOD NEWS ON PAPERWORK
Coming from Gibraltar, the travel paperwork is about as light as it gets for a trip to England. Here is the short version.
No UK ETA
Gibraltarians do not need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation — no online form and no fee for the families.
Your Gibraltar ID card
Gibraltarians can travel to the UK on a Gibraltar identity card as well as a passport. Worth checking expiry dates over the winter.
Other nationalities
A player of another nationality should check the entry rules for their own passport. Tell us early and we will help you find the right page.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
QUESTIONS CLUBS FROM GIBRALTAR ASK
- Are flights included?
- No — clubs book their own flights, and the package starts at the airport. Airline group desks can help once you are travelling in numbers: easyJet takes group bookings from 10 passengers, Ryanair from 15. Send us your flight times and we build the meet & greet, the coach and the hotel around them.
- Which airport should we fly into?
- Manchester. easyJet flies Gibraltar to Manchester direct in about 3 hours 10 minutes. There is no direct flight from Gibraltar to Liverpool, so Manchester is where we meet you. Send us your flight times and we build the arrivals plan around them.
- How much does it cost?
- It is priced for your club: one price per person, quoted in sterling, built on your numbers, the nights you choose and the hotel. WhatsApp us the club, the age groups and roughly how many are travelling, and we come back with the price.
- How many nights should we stay?
- Three, four or five. Three nights runs Friday 26 to Monday 29 March. Four nights, Thursday 25 to Monday 29, is the one we suggest — a free day for Old Trafford before the football. Five nights is Wednesday 24 to Monday 29, or Thursday 25 to Tuesday 30.
- Will we see a match?
- The Old Trafford stadium tour is included and guaranteed. A match ticket is an extra we quote on top if there is a fixture that weekend — late March is often an international break, so we check the calendar first and never promise one.
- What documents does everyone need?
- Good news: Gibraltarians do not need a UK ETA, and can travel on a Gibraltar identity card as well as a passport. A player of another nationality should check the entry rules for their own passport, and we will help you find the right page.
- Can we bring more than one age group?
- Yes. The tournament runs U7–U16, with girls' sections as well as boys', and age groups play at staggered times across the two days, so a club travelling with several squads is not trying to be in three places at once.
- Can parents and families come?
- Yes. The price is per person, so parents and siblings travel on the same package, stay in the same hotel and ride the same coach.
- Who supervises the children?
- Your club's own vetted adults, at the ratios your club's safeguarding policy sets, with a named head of delegation. No adult shares a room with a child, and we plan the rooming with you. Revel's staff are there to run the tournament and the trip — they do not replace your club's supervision.
- How does paying work?
- Every family books its own place through your club's link and pays a deposit, then the balance before travel. The organiser never collects the money. Clubs from Gibraltar are quoted and pay in sterling.
