Revel arranges a friendly against a club side from the area on a spare afternoon, so the squad gets an extra game that sits outside the tournament draw. It depends on finding a willing opponent who is free that day, and we confirm it once the fixtures are out.

Most clubs drive. Coaches, minibuses and a convoy of parents' cars, arriving the day before the football starts.
BY FERRY, FROM IRELAND
Dublin to Holyhead and Rosslare to Fishguard are the usual crossings. We can also collect the squad by coach from your own region and include the ferry, so the trip starts at the clubhouse rather than the port.
THROUGH THE TUNNEL, FROM EUROPE
Calais to Folkestone for clubs bringing their own coach across.
BY AIR, FROM ANYWHERE
Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and London are the usual arrivals, but we are not closed to any airport. Your coach meets the group at arrivals, and a Revel rep can be there too if you would rather be met by a person than a placard.
